Where to from here?

A 45 minute Initial Consultation allows us to comprehensively assess your injury or condition. We then provide an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment to aid in alleviating your pain and restoring your movement from the first visit.

We also take the time to show you exercises or movements that can manage and improve your injury. This results in fewer consultations and a quicker recovery!

Review consultations are 30 minutes long, and allow us to progress your treatment and exercises with the aim of injury resolution and return to full function. Our aim is always to help you achieve recovery in the safest and shortest time possible.
