But remedial massage also has tremendous physiological benefits in relieving muscle tension and joint pain, improving mobility, increase fitness levels, and can also help you recover faster from sporting injuries and sprains.

Laser Therapy

Our Laser treatment helps with the healing process of many conditions, it decreases inflammation, pain and swelling.

The Laser treatment is pain free and administered by the therapist during a physio or massage consultation.

Dry Needeling

Dry Needling helps with the healing process of many conditions, it decreases muscle pain, joint pain, trigger points and helps with the normal activation of the muscle tissue after.

The Dry Needling uses Acupuncture Needles to provide a twitch response in your muscles and administered by the therapist during a physio consultation. If you want to learn more, ask your Physio. All of your Physio Fit Studio Physios can use this technique.
