Physio Fit is a local Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic located just down the road in Kingscliff.  We also have a team of experienced and skilled Remedial Massage Therapists, and our very own Laser Machine that we incorporate into our treatments to get even better results for our clients.

At Physio Fit we pride ourselves on providing a hands-on approach, which is unique to each person who comes through the door.  We understand that your pain is very different to the person before you, and we go to great lengths to uncover – and treat – the cause of your issues.

Physiotherapy :

If you are experiencing pain, stiffness, or limited movement – or perhaps have an injury that hasn’t quite healed we can help.  Our team of expert Physiotherapists utilise hands-on treatment, Laser treatment, and exercise prescription to help you recover and regain your movement.  Unlike other clinics, we only treat one patient at a time so you can be assured of getting the most appropriate treatment and therefore, quicker results.

Pilates Cudgen:

Our Pilates classes are run in small groups and are supervised by Physiotherapists, meaning that you are able to claim your Pilates on your Private Health Fund.  We offer Mat, Reformer, and Clinical Pilates – there really is something for everyone!  Get the most out of your workout – join us today.

Remedial Massage Cudgen :

In addition to providing Pilates and Physiotherapy for the Cudgen community, we also have experienced Remedial Massage Therapists.  Our massage menu includes Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage.  We also offer relaxing Swedish Massages – perfect for after a hard week or long day.  Best of all, our Massage Therapists are health fund providers, so you can claim your pampering and save.
