Our beautiful Pilates studio is located just down the road from Cabarita, with plenty of parking.  All of our classes are run by qualified and experienced Physiotherapists, meaning that you get the benefit of learning the correct technique so you can workout safely and effectively.  Because our Pilates classes are run in small groups and are supervised by Physiotherapists, you are also able to claim your Pilates on your Private Health Fund.
