Physio Fit Studio located in the "Salt Village" in Kingscliff and was opened in June, 2007.
In our Studio we are able to offer a variety of services, which help to promote your wellbeing.
These services include Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and clinical Pilates.

At the Physio Fit Studio our therapists have an above average standard of massage. No matter what your reason to book a massage, our therapists have the knowledge and experience to deliver a focused and effective 30mins, 60mins or 90mins treatment session. And our treatment tables are super-comfy too.
The Physio Fit Studio is not like a gym, and it is more than just a Pilates studio. You will get the highest quality exercise classes possible at a price that anyone can afford. Because a physiotherapist has created and is teaching the program, you learn the correct exercise techniques so you exercise effectively and safely.
Our Studio has a ‘hands on’ philosophy providing you with maximum benefit and value from your treatment time. We only ever treat one person at a time. We will find the best method to get or keep you out of pain, work with you on your goals and guide you on how you can get there faster.

A broken neck at age 60 could have radically changed my life, but Frauke and her team worked wonders - I am now back fitter, stronger and more flexible than ever. Even my golf has improved!
A surfing accident in 2015 left me with a fractured C2 vertebra and two fractures at the base of the skull. Thankfully I had excellent medical care from the beach to the hospital, so three months in a neck brace was all I needed for the bones to heal. But as anyone over 50 knows, muscle tone and strength disappears so quickly.
Frauke treated my shoulder and mid back injuries immediately after the accident, and suggested a pillow that actually allowed me to sleep! But three months later I had lost so much muscle tone that just walking was an effort. Spurred on by my wife, who loves the results she gets from Pilates, I started with rehabilitation classes, then the reformer machines, and now weekly mat classes, which I have done for over 6 months. I still struggle with some of the exercises (don't let anyone tell you Pilates is easy!), but the difference is amazing, and that's why I am writing this review.

The Physio Fit Pilates and Cardio classes are always varied and enjoyable. Warm, friendly and highly trained instructors cater for individual differences. I walk out smiling every time. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core and spine and improve your general physical and mental well being. With regular attendance you'll feel a real sense of achievement when you notice the positive changes.
